Directions:
Before you bath/shower: rub your whole body (while dry) with Friction Gloves. This stimulates blood flow and excretion of toxins through the skin. Cleanse your entire body with Shower Gel.

Sound advice:
Use Luxury Foam Bath or Bath Oil in your bath water. After drying: apply Cel-u-lite Gel to cellulite or plump areas. Treat problem skin with Bitter Aloe Gel/Super Aloe Gel. Moisturize the entire body with Hand & Body Lotion or Hand Cream.
